Project Objectives:

Yanfeng Andaotuo hopes to achieve the goal of unified management, collaborative linkage and full visibility by building a transportation management system based on TMS cloud platform.

  • JIT Finished Product Distribution Vehicle Factory JIT (Just-in-Time Production Mode) requires supporting manufacturers to deliver in time and high-frequency distribution requires rapid response. By integrating the original MES system of Yanfeng Andao and assisting loading and delivery through RF, all systems can be truly linked on TMS platform, thus improving the accuracy of operation.
  • Integration of transportation resources through manual scheduling, integration of three factory business, can arrange more than one car, more than one car, saving freight.
  • Access Control Access Control Vehicle Access Control: By maintaining vehicle data in TMS and controlling vehicle access and exit, the effect of traffic flow control is achieved.
  • Milkrun route scheduling optimization Optimize the Milkrun route scheduling for the incoming logistics of each factory, better plan the transportation routes for suppliers to pick up goods, and improve the loading rate of each vehicle to improve transportation efficiency.

Project background:

  • Blind area in transit: goods are sent out and cannot be supervised, and goods information and real-time monitoring cannot be collected during transportation execution.
  • Post-event management: passively receives feedback on abnormal events and cannot predict risks.
  • Invalid assessment: lack of management tools, carrier KPI assessment, can not be obtained based on actual data, loss of carrier assessment and punishment significance.
  • Manual operation: manual records of transportation and shipment, interaction and recording with factories and carriers through EXCEL mail and telephone. The operation mode is original and error-prone.
  • Information islands: lack of information sharing and collaboration between manufacturing management center/assembly logistics/face sleeve logistics/foam logistics/carriers/customers/finance, etc.
  • Freight accounting: manual reconciliation of freight accounting, difficult to match details, difficult to allocate costs, high risk of human error. Manual analysis of statistical data in all aspects of logistics and distribution is inefficient.
