The Tide intelligent logistics scheduling system based on TMS cloud and TOS cloud is an upgrade of Tide's traditional manual operation business model, optimizing transportation management and transportation planning level. The project has improved and upgraded the original operation mode from the aspects of transportation scheduling, transportation in-transit monitoring and data analysis.

  • Packing calculation and packing APPTed's Kaishi product packaging is divided into two-pack and six-pack, so one order may have multiple lines of packaging. After the packing algorithm is optimized, one packing line per order will be different from the actual packing result. After the implementation of the hole hidden TMS cloud, when the official waybill is generated, the hole hidden packing calculation function can calculate the details of the large box set and small box, and the packing APP can write back the large box number and whether it contains a fraction of the bare box, so that the large box-goods-batch number association can be used for information traceability. At the same time, the hole hidden packing APP supports scanning and packing by warehouse personnel when the warehouse is shipped to solve the actual box type and quantity check problem of settlement with the carrier.
  • Automatic Planning and SchedulingTed has a total of 2 Beijing factories and 1 external warehouse in Hefei. Each order may be delivered from different places. Originally, the dispatcher dispatched the order according to the experience of the day. Now, in TMS Cloud, the dispatcher can automatically confirm from which point the order is delivered according to the conditions such as cost and time, and confirm whether it is air transportation, complete vehicle transportation or LTL transportation, and recommend the vehicle type according to the volume square number of goods in the order.
  • Line optimization TOS cloud hole hiddenTOS cloud's intelligent algorithm automatically generates transportation plans based on multi-dimensional intelligent calculations based on load, vehicle routes, transportation costs and timeliness. The contract rates of different carriers are different, and the system automatically compares the transportation costs of different carriers according to the route, total mileage, corresponding vehicle model costs, etc., and sends the transportation plan to the carrier after the final completion of the transportation plan, and the carrier prepares the shipping resources in time.
  • Transportation monitoring linkThe logistics team sets the early warning threshold of relevant data in the system, monitors the in-transit situation of vehicle transportation in the system, controls the vehicle position, route, vehicle speed, vehicle temperature and humidity data in real time, and responds to the alarm exceeding the threshold in time.
