Project background:

With the rapid development of the company's business, the daily throughput of raw materials and other raw materials is increasing day by day. How to ensure the scale advantage is a test of the support of the supply chain. Therefore, a modern warehouse management system is urgently needed to empower the brand. Through high-standard public bidding, the product technology and application reputation of several supply chain digital service providers were compared. Finally, Chabaidao chose Dongyin as its partner to jointly build OWT (OMS · WMS · TMS) integrated logistics management cloud platform, and simultaneously launched special measures such as transportation radius optimization project and night distribution project in key cities to improve the timeliness of raw material distribution.

Project benefits:

1. The system is highly integrated

After the OWT integrated logistics platform was put on line, it realized the informatization, automatic circulation and integration of all systems from SRM system at the purchasing end, SAP system of ERP, ordering system of stores, and OWT system.

2. Warehouse whole process node control

All goods in and out of the warehouse use PDA scan code, to achieve the whole process of all goods node control, improve the accuracy of warehouse inventory.

3. Inventory time shortened by 4 hours

The previous warehouse inventory has always used the traditional paper blind disk, and now it is upgraded to PDA to directly generate the inventory results. The large warehouse inventory takes 8 hours a day to finish the whole process inventory in 4 hours now.

4. Improve the national warehouse supply chain collaboration

It has gradually realized the unified management of 4 self-operated warehouses and 18 three-party warehouses nationwide, reducing dependence on people, responding quickly to demand, and enhancing the synergy of the supply chain.

5. Product batch whole process traceability

The whole process of product batch tracing is realized, and the early warning and automatic freezing of temporary goods are issued.

6. Transport Process Visualization

At the matching end, the visualization of the Chabaidao cargo circulation node, the in-transit temperature monitoring, the in-transit map query of the goods and the automatic settlement of the transportation freight are realized.
