On June 18, Jiahua Food TMS project kick-off meeting was successfully held in Yunnan. As an important partner of this project, Dongyin Technology and relevant personnel of Jiahua Food Project Team attended the kick-off meeting. The two sides will work together to jointly promote the TMS project, optimize the transportation process of Jiahua Food by building a TMS transportation management system, realize digital operation and improve overall efficiency.

The company integrates R & D, production and sales, and its business categories cover bread, cakes, pastries, midpoints, coffee drinks, moon cakes, glutinous rice balls, zongzi and other products. At present, there are more than 5000 employees and nearly 300 chain stores, all over Yunnan province.

As a representative brand of Yunnan-style cakes, Jiahua food business has developed rapidly. Now Jiahua has nearly 300 direct stores all over Yunnan Province. In order to deliver products to customers faster and with better quality and quantity, the digital transformation of logistics and transportation management is imperative. Therefore,Jiahua Foods Select and Dongyin's subsidiary, Science Arrow Software, work together to create a TMS transportation management project.

At the project kick-off meeting, representatives of the project teams of both parties made speeches. The Kejian team explained the understanding of Jiahua's business, the pain points and improvement needs in transportation management at this stage, and proposed targeted solutions and implementation plans. The implementation of this project has established good confidence.

Core Requirements and Project Objectives

Jiahua Food currently has a large number of stores. It is hoped that driven by TMS system, it can output the proportion of wave-time temporary single-line and vehicle type to guide drivers and vehicles in route planning and transportation execution;

Able to manage global order aging, integrate task execution status of WMS and TMS, and visualize business execution;

Be able to conduct KPI assessment on carriers, drivers and other related parties, and conduct operational analysis on their own vehicles to improve operational ROI.
