At present, Hitachi Air Conditioning is a large-scale inverter outside Japan. Multi-connected air conditioning system production base and Hisense Group's only commercial air conditioning production base implement a business system of professional technology, professional manufacturing, professional marketing, professional design, professional services, and professional management.
Project background:
- The original work efficiency is low;
- Line warehousing products are determined by forklift workers according to their own experience and manual records, with high error rate and low storage efficiency;
- Product outbound forklift workers need to find the location of the required products, which is extremely inefficient and cannot guarantee first-in, first-out;
- The task allocation of forklift workers is managed manually, and the workload of forklift workers is not quantified;
- Warehouse management in the SAP system is still based on the inventory as a unit division, the location and area by the storekeeper manual management, high error rate, inventory efficiency is low;
- Non-standard products are the same as normal products, and the delivery error rate is high through the identification difference on the product packaging;
- The storage hardware of the whole machine has realized shelf management and automatic palletizing, but there is no cooperation in software implementation, and the hardware input cannot be used efficiently;
- It is impossible to locate and control the problematic products. Once a quality problem occurs, the workload of finding the machine in the warehouse is huge.
Project Objectives:
- The quality inspection action is controlled to the entire life cycle of each machine and the machine in the library, and the quality inspection results strictly restrict business operations;
- Non-standard machines track non-standard attributes throughout the life cycle of the warehouse, warehouse operations strictly match non-standard demand, and sales are arranged according to real-time inventory.
- The system automatically distributes orders to each warehouse to form delivery instructions, the system automatically selects appropriate goods to generate stocking suggestions, scans and delivers according to stocking suggestions, and the background automatically completes SAP posting;
- WMS operation instructions are formed from the borrowing and reservation initiated by OA or SAP. WMS manages the borrowing and reservation of suitable products, and manages the borrowing and return history, including the borrowing period, renewal, lending, and return;
- According to the warehouse scanning storage number, one key to complete the transfer of warehouse;
- The system records the business operation of each employee, and the operation record of each employee can be exported through the system. Similarly, the product also records the operator, which is convenient for tracing the misoperation;
- The system records the storage time;
- From the complete machine production offline or purchase warehousing to the sales warehouse, control the change records of the machine in the warehouse in the whole cycle, including the quality status change, use history, operation history in the warehouse, and transfer history between warehouses.
