Project background:

Angel Group uses SAP ERP system in a unified way to control procurement, logistics and production links. As SAP's warehouse management module is difficult to meet the needs of the company's development, the company has implemented warehouse management systems of multiple brands and business types in recent years, resulting in no unified management system for each factory's flat warehouse and elevated warehouse, which is not conducive to information exchange. In order to successfully achieve the goals set by the company during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is particularly important to create a digital, automated and intelligent warehouse management system to help Angel Group complete the overall upgrade of the supply chain.

Project Objectives:

After the project is launched, the two factories of Angel Group will be upgraded in four dimensions:

• Establish a unified logistics platform to achieve group logistics warehouse management information: Support the unified management and information exchange of multiple warehouses and logistics centers of the group; Compatible with the warehouse management requirements for raw materials, packaging materials and accessories, semi-finished products and finished products in various types of physical warehouses (elevated warehouses, flat warehouses, etc.) of the group.
• Promote a high degree of integration of software and hardware to achieve automated logistics management:Dongyin WMS Cloud will be integrated with the company's current SAP, production MES, big data platform, automatic elevated warehouse WCS system and packaging production line WCS system. Integration with third-party automated stereo library hardware WCS, unified scheduling and management of multi-factory and multi-sub-warehouse equipment, and automatic storage of materials in each warehouse; Integration with park entrance guard gates, weighbridge and other hardware to realize platform reservation management and automatic management of park delivery vehicle entry and exit.
• To achieve intelligent system, storage materials management digital:With the help of system business execution strategy configuration, the automatic recommend of materials in and out of the warehouse business is realized, and the digital and intelligent level of warehouse material management is improved.
• food safety can be traced back:Provide basic guarantee and data support for Angel Group to realize the whole process traceability of products.

Project benefits:

Batch management, bar code management and storage location management of goods stored in the warehouse will improve the fine level of material management and realize the management requirements of materials such as first-in, first-out, first-out near shelf life, etc. Through the promotion of bar code management of materials, the digitization of warehouse management and visualization of storage location are realized.
