With the rapid growth of its “Adopt a Cow” business and the deepening expansion of its nationwide supply chain network, its diverse product portfolio—including UHT milk, refrigerated fresh milk, and frozen ice cream—now places even higher demands on logistics timeliness, temperature control accuracy, and end-to-end traceability.
This TMS digitalization project, a collaboration between Adopt a Cow and Dongyin, will focus on upgrading five key capabilities, all centered around digitalization goals such as improving logistics productivity, standardizing management, and refining cost control.
🚚 Intelligent Dispatching for a Seamless “Freshness Journey”: Leveraging business orders, traffic conditions, and historical data—coupled with dispatching rules—to achieve intelligent load consolidation and optimal route planning.
👁️🗨️ Full visibility throughout the process, with quality control “always online”: Real‑time monitoring of vehicle location, driving routes, and fulfillment progress, along with timely alerts for any anomalies.
🎯 Precise cost management, no more “lagging” during reconciliation: Automatically estimate and calculate freight charges based on transportation routes, mileage, and actual delivery conditions, enhancing financial efficiency and control.
🤝 Collaborative multi-party efforts to bid farewell to communication black boxes: Enable information exchange among factories, carriers, drivers, and stores, making fulfillment more transparent.
📈 Data‑driven decision‑making and experience “in the cloud”: Generate operational reports and performance dashboards to provide solid evidence for supply chain optimization.
Dongyin hopes that, through the implementation of this project, it can help Adopt a Cow enhance its operational capabilities in areas such as logistics response speed, resource utilization, and quality assurance, thereby supporting its continuously expanding business scale and its strategic deployment of low-temperature products.
