Dongyin Technology has partnered with Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Luoyang Molybdenum”) to implement a TMS transportation management system, leveraging digital capabilities to empower Luoyang Molybdenum’s global supply chain and support its strategic vision of “becoming a respected, modern, world-class resource company.”

Luoyang Molybdenum is a leading non-ferrous metal mining company in China, with operations spanning Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe. It is a world‑leading producer of copper, cobalt, molybdenum, tungsten, and niobium, ranking 138th on the 2025 Fortune China 500 list. The company is driven by a “mining + trading” dual‑engine strategy and continues to advance its global strategic layout.

This collaboration focuses on the supply chain at Luoyang Molybdenum’s Congo (Kinshasa) mining operations, covering end-to-end multimodal transport scenarios spanning “domestic container stuffing—sea freight to African ports—transit inland transportation—delivery to the mine site.” Dongyin Technology will leverage its mature TMS product to optimize modules and deliver personalized upgrades, helping Luoyang Molybdenum achieve three core objectives:

After the system goes live, it will help Luoyang Molybdenum achieve intelligent closed-loop management spanning “planning–execution–tracking–acceptance,” enhancing the controllability of cross-border transportation plans and the standardization of processes, while providing systematic support for the stable supply of mineral raw materials and cost optimization.
