To further refine its new digital logistics landscape beyond intelligent warehousing and production, Nanxing Tianhong has chosen to partner with Dongyin Technology to deploy a TMS transportation management system, which will optimize three key logistics business processes:

💻In the demand and dispatching stages, the TMS system automatically integrates orders and, based on pre‑configured rules, recommends the optimal carrier and mode of transportation, replacing manual price comparisons and route evaluations. This significantly enhances the consistency of dispatch responses.

🚚 In the transportation execution phase, the TMS system supports end-to-end visibility for various modes of transport, including domestic land freight and less-than-truckload (LTL) transshipment. Drivers can use mobile devices to report anomalies in real time, upload signed delivery receipts, and receive return and exchange shipping orders, enabling immediate collaborative handling and enhancing customer satisfaction.

🪙In the billing and settlement phase, the TMS system achieves end-to-end digital management—from contract matching and automated billing to the addition of temporary charges and online reconciliation and report generation—shortening the settlement cycle and enhancing data accuracy.
