Lead the project demand research, analysis, review and other related work, complete the project delivery work

Job responsibilities

1. According to the project requirements, responsible for the project according to the time plan and cost to complete the implementation scope defined by the project, the overall control of demand, tracking the progress of the project, complete the project delivery work;

2. Put forward reasonable suggestions on the project implementation method, implementation strategy and implementation plan, and maintain a good company image in the process of the project to ensure the timely acceptance of the project according to quality;

3. Participate in and lead the project demand research, analysis, review and other related work;

4. Be responsible for communicating with customers and coordinating project-related matters, maintaining weekly communication with customer project leaders on project risks, problems, progress and other issues; Regularly organize external communication meetings and send external weekly reports to ensure that customers understand the project situation;

5. Be responsible for coordinating the working atmosphere of the project team, communicating with team members regularly, understanding the vision of team members, and guiding the positive growth of team members.

Qualifications

1. Full-time Junior College degree or above, major in computer and other related fields, more than 3 years working experience;

2. At least two years of software project implementation and project management experience;

3. Good management standard execution and project process improvement ability, familiar with mysql or oracle database;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, serious and responsible work, under strong working pressure;

5. Cheerful personality, good team spirit, able to work overtime;

6. Independently responsible for at least one logistics or platform related project, with Java development manager preferred.
